Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

CollegeCoachEmails ("we," "us," or "the Service") operates the website collegecoachemails.com, which sells subscription access to downloadable contact lists of college athletics coaches. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CollegeCoachEmails. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any list, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a club, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

2. The Service

The Service provides downloadable spreadsheets (XLSX and CSV) of college coach contact information — names, roles, schools, divisions, email addresses, and phone numbers where available — for the sports listed on our pricing page. The data is compiled from publicly available official college athletics staff directories and is re-verified weekly. Your subscription gives you access to the most recent version of the lists for the sport or sports you purchased, for as long as your subscription is active. Starter plans deliver a quarterly-refreshed file; Pro-grade plans (Pro, 10-Sport Bundle, All-Access) deliver a weekly-refreshed file. The underlying dataset is re-verified weekly for all plans.

3. Your account

You need an account to purchase and download lists. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@collegecoachemails.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are for a single person or a single organization — sharing login credentials outside your organization is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

• Subscriptions are annual, auto-renewing plans: a per-sport Starter or Pro plan, a 10-Sport Bundle covering ten sports you choose at checkout, or an All-Access plan covering every sport we publish. Current prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Your payment method on file will be charged at each renewal.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; you will not be charged again.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Subscriptions are non-refundable, and you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms, including how we handle charges made in error.

5. Data license: what you may and may not do

When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded lists for athletic-recruiting purposes. Every plan carries the same unified license: the lists are licensed to one household (one athlete together with their parents or legal guardians) or to one organization (a single club, team, school program, or recruiting advisory practice), for that household's or organization's own internal recruiting use. You may share the files inside that licensed circle and nowhere else.

Plans differ in what you receive, not in who may use it:

• Starter (per sport): the core contact columns. Your file starts from the week you subscribe and refreshes every three months from your subscription date.
• Pro (per sport): every column we publish, with your file refreshed weekly.
• 10-Sport Bundle: Pro-grade lists for exactly ten sports that you select at checkout.
• All-Access: Pro-grade lists for every sport we publish, including every sport we add while your subscription is active.

10-Sport Bundle selection is final for the paid term. You choose your ten sports at checkout and that selection is locked for the entire subscription term you paid for. Sports cannot be swapped, exchanged, or rotated mid-term. If you need an eleventh sport during the year, you can purchase it separately at any time. At renewal you may choose a different set of ten sports by emailing support@collegecoachemails.com before your renewal date.

Under every plan you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise redistribute the lists or any portion of them;
• Publish or post the data publicly, including on websites, forums, or shared documents;
• Share the files outside your licensed circle (the single household or the one organization);
• Use the data for bulk commercial marketing, list-building for third parties, or any purpose unrelated to athletic recruiting;
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the Service beyond the download features we provide.

The compilation, structure, and presentation of our lists are our intellectual property. Violating this license is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and we reserve all legal remedies.

6. Acceptable use — no spam

You are solely responsible for how you contact the people in the lists. You agree to comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any applicable state, provincial, or international email and telemarketing laws. In practical terms: identify yourself honestly, don't use misleading subject lines, honor opt-out requests promptly, and don't send high-volume indiscriminate email blasts. Personalized, recruiting-related outreach is what the Service is built for; spam is prohibited and is grounds for termination.

7. Data accuracy disclaimer

Our lists are compiled from publicly available official athletics staff directories and are re-verified weekly. Coaching staffs change constantly, and schools sometimes publish outdated or incomplete information. We therefore provide the data "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any particular coach, email address, or phone number is current, deliverable, or monitored, or that outreach will result in any recruiting outcome.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms — including the data license in Section 5 or the acceptable-use rules in Section 6 — or if we are required to do so by law. If we terminate your account for a breach, you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid. Sections 5, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollegeCoachEmails will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of or related to the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
